We haven’t heard from one very important part of the Comenius experience yet : our host families! Here is a compilation of some of the things they said about the meeting in Madrid.
«This has been a rewarding experience for the whole family, even for our younger children, who lived it first-hand. We are grateful to the three teachers for your devotion and extra-work so that our children could live this adventure. «We’ve been delighted to have Ema at home. Although she came from an apparently different country and despite needing translation to understand each other – young people do it so well!-, there was no problem at all. She was such a lovely girl! We wish she had been able to stay a little longer so that we could have known each other better. It’s such a short time! We think it’s a rewarding experience for everybody and we hope we can get involved in more exchange programmes with other countries, the more different the better».
Nos falta por escuchar a una parte muy importante de la experiencia Comenius: las familias anfitrionas. Aquí tenéis un resumen de lo que dijeron sobre el encuentro de Madrid.
«La experiencia ha sido enriquecedora para todos, incluidos los hermanos pequeños que lo han vivido en primera persona. Os agradecemos a las tres profesoras vuestra dedicación y trabajo extra para que nuestros hijos puedan vivir esta aventura. «Hemos estado encantados de recibir a EMA. A pesar de venir de un país que aparentemente es tan diferente de nosotros, y necesitar traducción para entendernos (¡qué bien se entienden los jóvenes!) no hubo ningún problema. Un encanto de niña. ¡Ojala se hubiera podido quedar algún día mas para poder conocernos un poco mejor!. ¡Es tan poco tiempo! Nos parece un experiencia enriquecedora para todos y esperamos seguir participando con otros intercambios con otros países, cuanto mas diferentes mejor.»
