A «thank-you note» from Hungary

Just after the meeting in Madrid we received this e-mail from the wonderful Hungarian group.

It is midnight, by now everyone is at home. Safe arrival with happiness after a wonderful stay in Madrid.

Thank you ALL for the unforgettable stay, you really made it memorable, smooth and an experience with a full-hearted introduction to what Spanish hospitality is.

You should have heard the students with their endless account with their many stories, we could hardly interrupt sometimes to give them an intro to the tremendous amount of things we had as teachers. We are all keyed up, really, it is really good to be in this program with brilliant colleagues from other countries.

Please let your director know that you have a wonderful school with dedicated teachers, very kind students, lovely parents and a brilliant community in a lovely city.

Thanks for everything and we are looking forward to the next meeting in Wales.

Nada más terminar el encuentro de Madrid recibimos este mail de agradecimiento del maravilloso grupo húngaro.

Ya es medianoche, y a estas horas todos hemos llegado a casa sanos y salvos, y muy felices tras nuestra maravillosa estancia en Madrid.

 

Gracias A TODOS por este viaje inolvidable, realmente ha sido una experiencia memorable en la que hemos podido experimentar plenamente la hospitalidad española.

 

Deberíais haber oído a los alumnos con sus relatos interminables, casi no podíamos interrumpirles de vez en cuando para contarles aunque fuera un poco de nuestra experiencia como profesores. Todos estamos entusiasmados, de verdad, es increíble formar parte de este programa con colegas brillantes de otros países.

Por favor, transmitid a vuestro director que tiene una escuela maravillosa, con profesores comprometidos, alumnos adorables, padres encantadores… Una comunidad increíble en un ciudad maravillosa.

Gracias por todo, estamos deseando que llegue el siguiente encuentro en Gales.
