Travelling to Bonn has been an awesome experience to me. At first I was so afraid, because I didn’t know if I would be able to communicate correctly in English with the Welsh and German people; but when I arrived there, I soon realised that there was no reason to be scared or nervous. In fact, I wanted to stay there longer, and if I had the chance to repeat the experience I would do it. Everything was so good, not only because of the city and the places we visited, but also because of the kind people we all met. Besides, I found it amazing how those people could get so close to us although we couldn’t express ourselves as we do in Spanish. So finally I encourage everyone who has the chance to visit a foreign country to do it, because it is an unforgettable experience, and I say that despite being there just for three days!
Viajar a Bonn ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Al principio tenía mucho miedo, porque no sabía si sería capaz de comunicarme correctamente en inglés con los galeses y los alemanes; pero cuando llegué allí, enseguida me di cuenta de que no había motivos para estar asustada o nerviosa. De hecho, me hubiera gustado estar más tiempo, y si tuviera la ocasión de repetir la experiencia lo haría. Todo fue tan bien, no solo por la ciudad y los lugares que visitamos, sino también por toda la gente maravillosa que conocimos. Además, me pareció increíble cómo podían ser tan cercanos a pesar de que no nos podíamos expresar tan bien como en español. Por último, animo a todo aquel que tenga la oportunidad de visitar un país extranjero a que lo haga, porque es una experiencia inolvidable, ¡y eso que sólo estuvimos allí tres días!
